Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, ship the same day from our U.S. warehouse.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates
- Contiguous United States: Free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $8.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands): flat rate of $19.
Returns & the 60-Day Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 60-day guarantee. If a cartridge doesn’t perform, we’ll replace it or refund it — no questions asked.
We’re an online-only business with no physical stores, so there’s nowhere to bring a return in person — and no need to. Request a return directly from your account and we’ll take it from there:
- Log in and go to My Account › Orders.
- Open the order and select Request a Return.
- Pick a reason and submit — no phone call, no email thread, no waiting on an RMA number.
We’ll email you the next steps as soon as we review the request. Returns are available on completed orders within 60 days of the order date; after that window, email [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.
Warranty
Using compatible ink and toner cartridges does not void your printer’s manufacturer warranty.
