These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of speedyinktoner.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Products & Compatibility

Speedy Ink Toner sells compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, no product sold on this Site is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) cartridge, nor is it manufactured, licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by the printer manufacturer. Printer brand and model names (e.g. HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Xerox, Lexmark, and others) are used solely to identify compatibility and are the trademarks of their respective owners. Use of a brand or model name does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that brand.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailable inventory; if we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors, and reserve the right to correct such errors even after an order has been submitted.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our return and refund terms, including our 60-day guarantee, are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are compatible/remanufactured alternatives rather than OEM cartridges, using them may affect a printer manufacturer’s own warranty coverage; consult your printer manufacturer’s warranty terms if this is a concern.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Certain products may be purchased on a recurring (“subscribe and save”) basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on each recurring billing date at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. You may change the frequency of, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account; changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method and shipping address current.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions we author — is the property of Speedy Ink Toner or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy Ink Toner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, including damage to a printer allegedly caused by a compatible cartridge, except as expressly provided under our Refund Policy. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Speedy Ink Toner harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
